Casstle of Clay - Handbuilding and Wheel-throwing
Clay found me as one of my first way to communicate in the world: I was six years old when I first put my hands in it, and spent the next decade shaping it into something the Musée du Louvre once thought worthy of its walls. Then life pulled me elsewhere for a long time. Coming back in 2024 felt less like a return and more like finally arriving. My practice today lives in the space between sleep and waking: working with colours and forms as a kind of translation, pulling the imagery of dreams into something you can hold and feel the weight of.
